The bodies of the Foundation consist of the President, the Board of Directors, and the Board of Auditors. The Board of Directors is made up of six members nominated by the City of Florence and by the Marino Marini Foundation of Pistoia. The President is elected by the Board of Directors. Members of the bodies hold their positions for five years.
