What would the world be like without shadows? Shadows have always fascinated our minds. The shadow is attached to the body, but it is impossible to capture. It stretches, shrinks, it appears and disappears: it is not hard to understand why children from a very young age are enchanted by the shadow! After experimenting with new ways of observing sculptures with light and shadows in the museum, the lab offers some playful activities in the in the shadow theater.[/et_pb_text][et_pb_text admin_label=”Testo” background_layout=”light” text_orientation=”left” use_border_color=”off” border_color=”#ffffff” border_style=”solid”]FORBIDDEN NOT TO TOUCH
15.30-17.00

For children from 5 to 10 years old and their adult companions

Museum entrance and activities are free for participants, by reservation at educa@museomarinomarini.it

Everyone knows that at the museum it’s forbidden to touch the artworks. In this experience, however, not only is touching the works permitted, but the sense of touch becomes a privileged sense of understanding the work of art in its materiality. Inspired by the tactile laboratories of Bruno Munari, this activity proposes analyzing some of Marini’s sculptures from their surface and materials, favoring the inclusion of blind and visually impaired children. The tactile guided visit to the museum concludes with a clay based lab activity.[/et_pb_text][et_pb_divider admin_label=”Modulo Separatore” color=”#ffffff” show_divider=”off” height=”20″ divider_style=”solid” divider_position=”top” hide_on_mobile=”on”]
